Delivery Terms

We will process your delivery within 2 working days.

All orders will be sent to you by Yodel/ DHL with guaranteed next day delivery (for the UK only). Orders placed before 12pm will be processed that day, all orders placed after 12pm are processed on the next working day.

Please find below the costs of DHL postage according to where you live:

Deliveries within the UK: £6.95

Delivery to the EU: £12.95

Delivery to the USA: £24.95 - approx $41.00

Delivery to Australia / Asia: £27.95

Delivery to Rest of World: £19.95

We hope you are happy with your Chinti and Parker garment, however if you should wish to return an item please read the following instructions.  If you are a UK customer we are happy to advise that return costs are now free.  The freepost address is listed below. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund any item you are not entirely satisfied with.   If you wish to return your item(s) please use the freepost address on the Returns Form enclosed with your package.

If you live outside of the UK, we regret that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that exchanges cannot be processed. For all returns, please follow the steps below.

You must obtain a returns eference by emailing info@chintiandparker.com prior to returning your item and within 7 days of receiving your item.  This reference must be filled in on the returns form.

  • Please return your item within 14 days of receipt of the goods and the returns/exchange form (delivered with the goods) completed and returned. We will give you a full refund or exchange within 30 days of you returning the items.
  • All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached.  All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments. International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
  • We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
  • In the UK, including Northern Ireland, replacement goods will be sent to you free of charge using our standard delivery method.

If your product is faulty, please follow the instructions as above for returns.  Products returned to us by you due to a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
